How to schedule a hiring event.
A hiring event is when a client is looking to utilize multiple employees. Ultimate LLC will come on site and manage the hiring event in person when there is a need for 10 + Employees. Ultimate LLC interviews candidates along-side branch/operations manager. Our metrics show on average you will see 18-25 opportunities for employees with a result of 8-10 hires. Candidates will be prescreened, reference checked and interviewed prior to the event. Once you select your candidates, they are drug tested that day and scheduled for safety training.
